Being sold by original owner.

Serial Number 637717 – Built in 1963 re the Pierce Piano Atlas.

Excellent condition. Walnut finish. 45 inches tall.

Excellent sound and touch. Played often.

Regularly tuned to concert pitch. Holds tuning very well.

Hammers were shaped and voiced and an action regulation was done - 8 to 10 years ago.

Kept in climate controlled smoke free home.

Must be picked up.

Here’s a piano for sale (Central Ohio):

I would like to sell my Wurlitzer Piano. I am moving to Arizona and, unfortunately, I’m just not able to take it with me. I am attaching pictures for your information. I am asking $1,000 for it and the buyer pays the moving costs. I do have the name of someone I could give the buyer who would move the piano. Any help you could give me would be greatly appreciated.

It is a Winter traditional console piano with matching bench in excellent condition. The piano is a walnut wood grain and is 40″high x 50″wide x 24″deep. The piano has had only one owner and has been taken care of very well. We are asking $650 but will consider all reasonable offers. I have an upright Francis Bacon piano that I'm interested in
donating. It is 35-40 years old in good working condition,
just one key is missing and some scratches on the legs.

35-40 year old working upright Francis Bacon piano.  Minor
scratches and missing middle-C key but otherwise good
condition (middle C still plays).  Free to good home.
Owner willing to share in moving expense anywhere in
central Ohio from northeast Columbus.

Derek Paravicini – Musical Savant

Born three and a half months prematurely, Derek Paravicini miraculously
survived, but his twin sister did not. Technically, he died three times in
the hospital and his eyesight was destroyed by an oxygen overdose. He
has been left completely blind, partly autistic, can’t tell left from right and
cannot count to ten, but despite his disabilities he has an incredibly acute
sense of hearing, and is a musical genius.

Now 26 years old, Derek has the I.Q. of a 4 year old. His family had little
hope that Derek would ever be able to communicate meaningfully, until
at the age of two something extraordinary happened! At home with his
mother, Mary Ann Hanbury, Derek sat at the piano playing a tune. Soon
after this Derek was taken to a school for the blind.

At the school there was a piano lesson going on, Derek broke free from
his mother and ran straight towards the piano, as if he could see, and
pushed the little girl, who was having the piano lesson, out of the way
and started to play.
